Gary Coleman, Wacky?

SANTAQUIN, Utah – Gary Coleman, who makes it no secret that he likes his privacy and wants to be left alone, chose to settle in small-town Utah — far away from the paparazzi and autograph seekers of his former life as a TV star.

But a rocky romance, a prescription pill overdose and sometimes contentious interactions with the public have brought him unwanted attention here, where public records show a pattern of Coleman involving police in his personal life.

Officers have been called to assist or intervene with Coleman 21 times since he moved to Utah in fall 2005, according to police reports — including a July 2007 call where Coleman told authorities he had taken dozens of Oxycontin pills, was suicidal and "wanted to die."

"Gary ... was upset that his girlfriend was breaking up with him. He calmed down and was cooperative and acknowledged he took approx(imately) 30-40 Oxycontin pills. He said he is suicidal and 'wanted to die,'" according to a police report.

Coleman could not be reached for comment. His phone number is unlisted, nobody answered a call button at his home and messages left with Coleman's agent and an attorney were not immediately returned.

Coleman, 40, has acknowledged attempting suicide in the past, saying in a 1993 television interview he had tried to kill himself twice by overdosing on pills.

In April of this year, police were called to Coleman's home because they were told he was having marital problems and threatened to harm himself, although police didn't find him suicidal.

Documents show Coleman has long had a tumultuous relationship with his now-wife, Shannon Price, 23. The two met in Utah on the set of the 2006 comedy, "Church Ball."

In January 2007, Coleman called police because he was worried Price was going to bring her three brothers to confront him following an argument they had. Then in July of that year, he exploded at Price in a clinic parking lot in Provo.

"Coleman was yelling and pounding his steering wheel for approximately 10 minutes before he jumped out of his truck. He ran out in front of his truck and around to the woman's door, stopping several cars, and then he went to his door and was running around, yelling and screaming and throwing his arms in the air as he did," the police report says. "Coleman was yelling that he could not take it anymore."

The report says Price felt threatened and was worried things were going to "get out of control they way they did earlier." The 4-foot-8 actor was charged with disorderly conduct and eventually placed on probation.

One month later, Coleman whisked Price, who is 5-foot-7, to a Nevada mountaintop to wed.

In October 2007, Price told police Coleman threw an object at her that caused a small scrape on her hand, although she couldn't say whether it was intentional and police didn't trust either of their stories after going over the domestic violence statute.

"I could not develop enough probable cause to make an arrest," the police report says.

Coleman also worries that people are trying to break into his home, which has a privacy wall and is partially fenced, according to police reports. He has called police, saying he found a window open and, on another occasion, when he heard a noise that turned out to be fallen boxes in his basement. Once, he called because there was mud on his car, presumably some kind of drywall residue.

Coleman's most recent involvement with the law was a September dustup with a fan taking his photo at a local bowling alley which resulted in Coleman pleading no contest Dec. 2 to a disorderly conduct charge.

Obama-Fake Birth Certificate?

For Immediate Release

Philip J. Berg, Esquire
12-30-8

DETERMINED to have the TRUTH regarding OBAMA that he is NOT "NATURAL BORN" and therefore NOT constitutionally QUALIFIED to be PRESIDENT

BERG files a lawsuit on behalf of a RETIRED COLONEL

The lawsuit is an "Interpleader" that shifts the burden of proof to OBAMA

Further, OBAMA is named as "BARRY SOETORO" as that is his "real" name when he was legally adopted in Indonesia

(Lafayette Hill, PA 12/30/08) - Philip J. Berg, Esquire, the Attorney who filed suit against Barack H. Obama challenging Senator Obama's lack of "qualifications" to serve as President of the United States which is pending in the U.S. Supreme Court [Docket No. 08 570] with two [2] Conferences scheduled on January 9th and 16th 2009, filed suit against Barry Soetoro a/k/a Obama on behalf of a Retired Military Colonel.

Berg today, with co-counsel Lawrence J. Joyce, Esquire, filed another lawsuit in Federal Court in the United States District for the District of Columbia on behalf of Retired Colonel Hollister against Barry Soetoro a/k/a Barack Hussein Obama demanding to know Obama's real name and if he is constitutionally qualified to be President. Plaintiff, Gregory S. Hollister, is a resident of Colorado Springs, Colorado and Hollister has "standing" and needs a decision so he knows whether or not to follow any Order of Soetoro a/k/a Obama.

The suit is in the nature of an Interpleader that shifts the burden of proof to the Defendants, Soetoro a/k/a Obama and Biden to show that they are "qualified" for office.

Berg stated, "I am determined, on behalf of the 320 million citizens in the United States, to see that "our U.S. Constitution" is followed. Specifically, in the case of Soetoro a/k/a Obama, does he meet the constitutional qualifications for President ? I do not believe so based upon: 1) Obama was born in Kenya and because his mother was not nineteen [19], he was only "naturalized" and therefore, not qualified to be President; 2) Obama was legally adopted/acknowledged in Indonesia at the approximate age of six [6] and attended school as "Barry Soetoro," [his step-father is Lolo Soetoro] for four [4] years Indonesia did not have dual citizenship and to attend school, he had to be adopted or acknowledged and he became a "natural" citizen of Indonesia; 3) when he returned to Hawaii at age ten [10], there is a question if he returned through U.S. Immigration (a) if he did, Barry Soetoro would have been given a "Certification of Citizenship" that would have indicated he was a "naturalized" U.S. citizen since he was a "natural" citizen of Indonesia; or (b) if he did not go through immigration, which I believe, then Soetoro a/k/a Obama is an illegal alien and therefore, not constitutionally qualified to be President and his three [3] years as an U.S. Senator were a fraud."

Berg continued, "I am appalled that the main stream media continues to ignore this issue as we are headed to a 'Constitutional Crisis.' There is nothing more important than our U.S. Constitution and it must be enforced. I am encouraged that the U.S. Supreme Court has scheduled two [2] Conferences to look into the merits of our allegations. I know that Mr. Obama is not a constitutionally qualified 'natural-born' citizen and therefore, is ineligible to assume the Office of the President of the United States.

Obama, knows he is not 'natural born' as he knows where he was born and he knows he was legally adopted/acknowledged in Indonesia; is an attorney, Harvard Law head of the Law Review and graduate who taught Constitutional law; knows the Obama candidacy is the biggest 'hoax' attempted on the citizens of the United States in over 200 years; places our Constitution in a 'crisis' situation; and Obama is in a situation where he can be blackmailed by leaders around the world."

Berg concluded, "I will continue my efforts until Obama either proves he is qualified or does the right thing and states that he is proud that he, an African American, received more votes than anyone else in the Presidential election on November 4, 2008, but because of things in his past, he must withdraw his name."

Does Michael Jackson Need A New Lung?

Is Michael Jackson really facing a life-threatening genetic condition?

The reclusive King of Pop's camp is remaning mum after a biographer with a penchant for tabloid-friendly fare claimed Jackson is in desperate need of a lung transplant.

Author Ian Halperin, who made a minor splash by writing a book theorizing Kurt Cobain was murdered and who is apparently trying to drum up interest in his in-the-works Jackson biography, insists that the 50-year-old entertainer is suffering from a sometimes-fatal genetic condition called Alpha 1-antitrypsin deficiency.

Jackson's condition has worsened over the years to the point where "his quality of life is severely diminished," Halperin tells In Touch magazine, so much so that he's "barely able to speak" and has lost 95 percent of the vision in his left eye.

"He's had [the deficiency] for years, but it's gotten worse," Halperin told the magazine. "He needs a lung transplant but may be too weak to go through with it… [But] it's the [gastrointestinal] bleeding that is the most problematic part. It could kill him."

The "relatively rare genetic disorder...becomes apparent in young adulthood and early middle age," Dr. Len Horovitz, a pulmonary specialist at New York's Lenox Hill Hospital who treated Jackson in 1999, said in a informational press release.

"The liver can also be affected, causing cirrhosis. The disease produces an early-onset emphysema, just as one might see in an older smoker. Treatment for mild or moderate cases involves infusions of a specific medication. In advanced stages, a lung transplant may be necessary.

"Since this is a genetic disorder, other members of the Jackson family must be tested for this genetic variant," added Horovitz, who would not say whether Jackson actually had the disorder.

The singer was last spotted in public two weeks ago in Los Angeles, wearing a Zorro-like mask as he headed into his doctor's office and made the shopping rounds.

Earlier this year, he was photographed in a wheelchair pushed by aides and just last month, his lawyer claimed Jackson couldn't fly to Britain to testify in a now-settled lawsuit by an Arab sheik because Jackson was too ill to make the trip. He also shot down speculation he would join his brothers in a reunion tour next year.

Adding fuel to the fire, Jermaine Jackson was quoted in Britain's The Sun saying his younger brother was "not doing so well right now....This isn't a good time." However, the tabloid did not provide any real context for the remarks.

While Jackson's camp is so far silent, FoxNews.com is calling Halperin's statements bogus, claiming the Moonwalker is doing just fine, living in a swanky rented home in Beverly Hills with his three kids.

NV Gun Case Against Jerry Lewis

Movie star and entertainer, Jerry Lewis got a break when he tried to carry his gun into an airport. The judge that he came before threw out the case. Jerry Lewis has a mansion in Las Vegas, NV, one of the largest there. I seen it under construction in the late 90s, nice place.
